Zep Heavy Hitter Commercial Dishwasher Detergent is a highly concentrated dishwashing compound made for commercial dishwashers that is made with a special blend of alkaline detergents, grease cutters and soil suspenders. Formula allows for dilutions up to 14 ml per 4.5 liters of water. This commercial dishwasher detergent does not produce foam which can interfere with the operation of the dishwasher. Free-rinsing. Easily dispensed – eliminated problems such as dusting, caking, clogging and overuse. Superior cleaning action on labware, glassware, tableware, and plastic. Not for use on aluminum.
